Our Lord and Savior Jesus commanded the church to teach, to preach, to make disciples, and to baptize. This great mission in Matthew 28:19-20 is without limit: it extends to all the people in the world. To honor this commandment, we will continue to use all our resources and blessings to not only reach our community, but to extend beyond it.
One way we do this is to host a crusade twice a year to preach the gospel, inviting non-believers in the community and people from the whole area of Sioux Falls. Because we are using another church's facilities, we are very limited in our ability to minister to the community. While we remain faithful to our vision with the resources the Lord has given us, we also pray in faith for our own place of worship to expand our ability to serve the community.
